Use this page to request deletion of your Serenium account and associated data. Some records may be retained where required for legal, billing, tax, security, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes.

What happens next

Serenium emails a confirmation link to the account address before the request becomes active.
If you are signed in, you can also submit the same request from the Settings screen in the mobile app.
Some regulated, financial, security, or dispute-related records may need to be retained even after the main account is closed.
